When it comes to raising funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation®, the only limit is your imagination. People throughout the nation have created some incredible ideas. Some are appropriate for our national office, while others are perfectly suited for the East Tennessee Chapter.
Kids For Wish Kids
Kids For Wish Kids® is an extremely popular program for kids because it is managed by kids like you. As kids, you are responsible for forming committees, coming up with fundraising ideas, and carrying them out. Teachers and parents often serve as advisors, but ownership of the group belongs solely to you and the other kids involved.
Host an Event
Events hosted by a third party are considered External Events. The chapter has minimal involvement beyond approving the use of the Foundation’s marks, provides minimal volunteer support, and is involved in the presentation of the funds. Third party event sponsors sign a licensing agreement stating they will follow all the regulations as determined by the National office.
