When our Foundation received a referral call for 9 year old Chase, we were told that Chase had a very serious heart condition and was scheduled to have an experimental surgery done within a week; His physicians had told Chase that the chances of his survival were small and Chase had resigned himself to this fact. The day of his referral he had actually asked his mother to take him to select his urn. Read More
